Rules of product returns and exchanges
You may return an item if it has retained its marketable condition, consumer properties, and factory labels.
It is important to understand that consultant recommendations when choosing an item are advisory and cannot be grounds for a refund. The consumer is not entitled to refuse a quality product with individually defined properties if it can only be used by the purchaser.
A return can be made within 7 days in accordance with clause 21 of the RF Government Decree of 27.09.2007 No. 612 “On approval of the Rules for the sale of goods by remote means.”
The online store has the right to refuse a return if the product’s condition requirements are violated. In this case, all costs of return shipping are borne by the consumer. For purchases made outside Russia, returns are temporarily unavailable; please take this into account when ordering.
If the product delivered to the customer turns out to be of inadequate quality due to a manufacturing defect, the customer has the right to return it or exchange it for a similar quality product, if available.
